Key Responsibilities
Communications Management
● Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
● Manage all outward-facing communications, including website content, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials
● Coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations
● Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints
Marketing & Enrollment
● Lead marketing initiatives to attract and convert prospective student enrollments
● Develop targeted campaigns for different market segments and academic programs
● Collaborate with the admissions team to create compelling recruitment materials
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Team Leadership
● Build and manage a high-performing communications and marketing team
● Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
● Coordinate team efforts to ensure an integrated approach across all initiatives
● Set clear objectives and monitor team performance against key metrics
Community Relations
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders
● Represent the school at community events, networking functions, and educational forums
