Job Descriptions

1. Local procurement execution: - Responsible for procurement of materials, equipment and services within Thailand; - Familiarize with the local supply market, conduct supplier development, quotation and contract execution; - Coordinate with China headquarter procurement and project management team to ensure that the procurement results meet the technical and commercial requirements. 2. Local Bidding Assistance: - Organize the local bidding process in Thailand in line with the project progress; - Assist in bid preparation, bid evaluation and supplier management; - Understand the differences in bid evaluation between China and Thailand, and collaborate to promote process compliance and efficiency. 3. Engineering project site support: - When needed, assist in engineering and installation coordination on the construction site; - Assist in resolving engineering execution issues such as material delivery and equipment installation; - Maintain good communication and support with Chinese/foreign engineers and site managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited (engineering, supply chain, international trade is preferred).
1-3 years procurement experience, Chinese company background is preferred, fresh graduates are accepted.
Language: Fluent in English or Chinese as working language.
Familiar with Thailand procurement regulations, supplier system, good cost and risk awareness.
Skilled in using Office software, with good filing and project record keeping habits.
Accept irregular business travel or on-site support tasks.
