Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business Management, Marketing), Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  3. Proficiency in computer and digital skills (Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Microsoft Power Platform, and programming languages such as Python).
  4. Knowledge of algorithms related to Optimization or AI is an advantage.
  5. Eager to learn new things, self-motivated, and willing to learn various computer programs.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Detail-oriented, careful, and attentive to details.
  8. Highly responsible, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change (especially under pressure).
  9. Team player who respects others, including supervisors, subordinates, and related departments.
