Job Descriptions

- Lead shipping teams to accomplish safely on-time, complete, correct assignments. - Manages the shipment and receipt of all products - Comply with the ISO9001 / ISO13485 / ISO14001 and ISO45001. - Ensure that truck drivers depart with appropriate paperwork - Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor. - Ensures the quality of finished goods in the shipping process - Maintaining inventory of all shipping materials - Maintains a positive and collaborative work environment - Guides, supports, and ensures effective training of team members. - Prioritize the daily shipping picks to effectively meet customer needs. - Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with other departments - The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and ensure timely shipping is essential. - Accuracy is critical to prevent errors in the shipping process that could result in delays or customer dissatisfaction. - Being able to lead by example and inspire the team to stay motivated and meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

Male or Female and age above 20 to 35 years 
Able to work in the shift pattern 4 off 2 (Day shift/Night shift) 
-Graduated the high school or above 
Passed soft skill training by Loft (TTT: Train the Trainer course) 
Minimum 1 years of experience in RX shipping trainer, logistics trainer.
Passed training safely for leader.
Member to contribute the company activity.
Involve project L3 Continuous improvement activity with team to improve industrial performance.
Positive attitude.
