Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Designed and developed components and spring clip products for automotive and industrial applications. •Collaborated with production and quality control teams to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes. •Communicated with customers and suppliers to support product development, evaluation, and certification maintenance. •Provided technical support and assisted in resolving issues with existing products. •Worked closely with the design team in Japan, sharing information and contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies. •Other tasks as assigned. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Laemchabang Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: depends on company's calendar.)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Any Gender
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
Have experience at least 2 years as Design Engineer from Automotive parts supplier or OEM.
Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
Knowledge of materials, fatigue analysis, and suspension systems.
Must be able to use AutoCAD 2D / 3D software for designing and read drawing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Conversational middle level of English *Contact with JP HQ Team and report to JP MD, interview in English.
Work experience in spring clip design and engineering is an advantage.
CATIA, SolidWorks is an advantage.
Business level of English skills is an advantage.
Have TOEIC score more than 600 is an advantage.
Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
Japanese language skills (preferred but not required).
