Job Descriptions
Business: Trading Company Location: Sathon, Bangkok (BTS Chong Nonsi or BRT Sathon) Work location: Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (Flexible start every 30 minutes between 07:30–09:30, and 2 days/week work from home) 1. Manage and expand trading business operations, with a focus on achieving Gross Profit (GP) and Responsible Profit (RP) targets. 2. Explore and develop new business opportunities and market prospects within the mineral and metal sector. 3. Maintain, strengthen, and broaden relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance the commodity portfolio and support sustainable growth. 4. Provide sales and operational support to the PIC (Person in Charge) team, including coordination with Sale Co. 5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, other divisions, management, and the Mitsui Group to foster organizational synergy and professionalism. 6. Promote and practice Diversity & Inclusion, integrity, and honest communication, while contributing to a supportive team environment. 7. Continuously enhance professional and communication skills through training programs, seminars, or self-development efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, aged between 25–30 years.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales PIC (Person in Charge), preferably with a background in the ferrous or non-ferrous metal industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of international and domestic trading, logistics, and inventory management.
  4. Proficiency in English (TOEIC score 730 or above) and competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. A team player with a supportive and humble attitude, excellent listening skills, and a cooperative spirit.
  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with logical thinking and enthusiasm for learning.
  7. High level of ambition, accountability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
