Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Design concept layouts for new model metal stamping dies. •Design strip layouts for metal stamping dies. •Design JIGs, dies, and gauges according to technical drawings. •Prepare and maintain technical drawings and documentation. •Estimate the cost of die, jig, and gauge manufacturing. •Analyze problems arising during actual production and improve die designs. •Collaborate with related departments to ensure that the designed dies, jigs, and gauges are practical and functional. •Plan and monitor the manufacturing status of dies, jigs, and gauges to ensure readiness for production. •Coordinate with customers to refine designs according to their requirements. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working : 1 - 2 times per month depends on business calendar.)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years •Male Gender
Male Gender
High diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Die Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years working experience as Design Engineer in automotive industry.
Must have working experience in designing Die Stamping tools of metal product only.
Must have experience using AutoCAD and Solid Edge (2D & 3D).
Strong knowledge in die component design and maintenance techniques.
Conversational Daily - Middle level of English.
Able to use MS Office.
Work in Japanese Automobiles parts company will be preferable.
Not job hopper will be preferable.
