Job Descriptions
1. วางกลยุทธ์การตลาดดิจิทัล : • คิดและนำเสนอกลยุทธ์การตลาดออนไลน์ทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวให้กับผู้บริหาร • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการสื่อสารและแคมเปญที่เหมาะสม 2. วางแผนการตลาดแบบครบวงจร : • กำหนดกลยุทธ์การตลาดแบบครบลูป ตั้งแต่การสร้างการรับรู้ (Awareness) ไปจนถึงการซื้อซ้ำ (Retention & Loyalty) • วางแผนและควบคุมการทำแคมเปญทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ให้สอดคล้องกัน 3. บริหารทีมการตลาด: • ดูแลทีม Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic, Performance และ CRM • มอบหมายงาน กำกับ ติดตามผล และให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อให้ทีมทำงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย 4. ดูแลช่องทางการตลาดออนไลน์ทั้งหมด: • เช่น Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LINE OA, Website, E-Commerce Platform ฯลฯ • บริหารงบโฆษณา (Ad Spend) และวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของแต่ละช่องทาง (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.) 5. สื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายอื่น ๆ: • ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า เพื่อให้แนวทางการตลาดไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน • ประสานงานกับพาร์ทเนอร์ภายนอก (ถ้ามี)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถวางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การตลาดได้ทั้ง Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, และ Trade Marketing
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำโฆษณาผ่าน Facebook Ads, Google Ads, และแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการสร้างแบรนด์ และการบริหารงบประมาณการตลาด
  5. สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด การแข่งขัน และแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรมได้ และใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, หรือ CRM ได้ดี
  6. มีบุคลิกดี สร้างสรรค์ กระตือรือร้น มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและทำงานเป็นทีม
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการตลาดอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
