Job Descriptions
1) Follow up and closely monitor production team's performance to meet standards, criteria, procedures, cost effectiveness with safety, environment care and labor relations, disciplinary and work regulations.
2) Support on production improvement or alternative technique.
3) Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering or other major applicable for production.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong planning, development, follow-up, and systematic decision-making skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
