Job Descriptions
•ทำงานด้านเอกสาร และ งานบริการทั่วไปที่เกี่ยวกับงานบุคคล เช่น งานด้านสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ •ประสานงานด้านกิจกรรมที่เกียวข้องกับงานบุคคล รวมทั้งทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ •จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดี •ตอบคำถามและปัญหาต่างๆ ด้วยความถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และให้บริการที่ดีเยี่ยม •สนับสนุนการพัฒนาบุคลากรตามระบบ SYP, Distribution’s Option Program และ Graduate Trainee •ดำเนินกิจการต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาบุคลากรในองค์กร เช่น กิจกรรม Boot Camp กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีม •ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบปฏิบัติงานรวมถึงข้อกำหนด ต่างๆที่องค์กรกำหนดไว้ตามระบบ ISO 45001 ฯลฯ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขา รัฐศาสตร์/รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์/จิตวิทยา / บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านงานพัฒนาบุคลากร (HRD) อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับผู้อื่น
  4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี (Microsoft office)
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
