Job Descriptions
Your Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-profile localization projects from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and act as the main point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end localization projects, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery - Lead communication with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations - Coordinate translators, engineers, DTP specialists, and voice-over teams - Monitor project risks and apply mitigation strategies - Track KPIs and continuously improve processes and workflows - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in localization project management
  2. Solid understanding of localization workflows
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong client-facing experience
  6. Experience with multimedia or voice-over projects is a plus
  7. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in a related field
