Job Descriptions

The Civil Engineers will act as the coordinator between Client, contractor and Designer team for civil works. He will manage the Civil & Structure works such as review of design, review of high side equipment & its technical specifications, and advise for better/alternative products that are efficient and cost-effective. Resolution of technical issues through RFI to various clients. He will coordinate to arrange approvals for all material, technical specifications, data sheets etc. He will report the deviation and variation of the contracts to the Project Manager. The Civil Engineers will carry out the daily quality inspection and fill out the QA check forms upon the inspections. They will manage the checking of shop drawings, inspections of workshop and witnessing of tests. The Civil Engineer will prepare the defects list of the works towards the end of the construction or installation works. He will also assist in preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports. He should be able to develop the design concept and manage/coordinate detailed design work to conform to the following criteria i.e. •Building Codes based on Construction & Occupancy Permits •Technical Codes •Client’s functional requirements

Qualifications

B. Eng Civil Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Design and Site work (prefer experience in factory design)
Flexible to work under time constrain and Highly responsibility
Fluent in English
Able to do 3D Modeling / BIM, Revit, Navis work and MS Project
Possess Professional Engineering License
Able to travel upcountry
