-Collaborate in planning and supervising operations related to safety, security, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and organizational strategic objectives. -Manage and allocate resources or departmental budgets as assigned, and monitor subordinate performance to ensure goal achievement. -Supervise departmental operations under responsibility to achieve targeted objectives. -Manage departmental manpower and ensure employee adherence to organizational rules, including monitoring attendance, leave, and punctuality. -Oversee activities related to quality control, safety control, security, and occupational health and safety. -Assist in promoting a safety culture among employees across the organization. -Develop and implement accident and incident prevention plans, raise safety awareness, analyze events and hazards, and maintain relevant records. -Coordinate with internal and external agencies to reinforce adherence to the organization's safety and security policies. -Continuously review and update safety, security, occupational health, and environmental regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements. -Supervise external audits related to safety, security, and quality assurance. -Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements for increased operational efficiency. -Support the organization in complying with all relevant safety, security, and quality assurance standards and regulations. -Participate in accident and incident investigations related to safety and occupational health, identify root causes, and report corrective actions to management. -Analyze, resolve, and prevent non-conformities and customer complaints. -Supervise safety and occupational health activities conducted by professional safety officers. -Act as an executive-level safety officer within the organization. -Provide guidance and support to subordinates to ensure effective job performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Business Management or any related field.
At least 10 years of experience in safety management, quality control systems, or related fields in the aviation industry.
In-depth knowledge of safety, security, and occupational health and safety within aviation, ground operations, warehousing, and airline business.
Expertise in quality control within aviation, ground operations, warehousing, and airline-related fields.
Strong planning and emergency management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proven ability to track and manage operational performance.
Proficient in English (minimum TOEIC score of 650).
Competent in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.).
