Job Descriptions

•Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement •Collaborate with business units and IT teams to recommend and implement digital solutions (e.g., RPA, Low-Code platforms, dashboards, etc.) •Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and propose innovative use of technologies •Lead or support Proof of Concepts (PoC) and pilot projects for new tools or platforms •Map and document business processes using industry standards (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) •Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree of Information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field Cloud experience such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation initiatives
Familiarity with digital technologies and tools such as RPA, Data Analytics, Cloud Solutions, or Low-Code/No-Code platforms
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
