Role and Responsibilities: 1. SHE Administration: - Implement company-wide SHE policies and standards at the factory level, ensuring alignment with local contexts. - Support the SHE Plant Manager in developing and monitoring SHE strategies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Ensure compliance with laws, customer requirements, and certification standards such as ISO. 2 - Control and manage SHE documents for traceability and external audit support. - Participate in the design and implementation of internal audits according to SHE group standards. - Coordinate with factory departments for timely risk assessment and effective risk control measures. - Manage accident reporting processes, investigate causes, and implement corrective actions. - Implement SHE emergency plans in cases of incidents like fires or wastewater spills. - Conduct SHE training for personnel at all levels, including new employees and contractors, to promote a safety culture. 2. Safety and Health: - Support the implementation, monitoring, and development of occupational health and safety activities. - Inspect workplace standards3, such as noise levels and air quality, and drive risk reduction measures. - Prepare and submit safety documents according to government agency requirements. - Conduct safety inspections and analyze inspection results in various operational areas. - Monitor and address injury cases, and manage employee compensation claims. 3. Environment: - Manage environmental inspections and tests, such as air quality and wastewater sampling. - Collect and verify environmental data accuracy. - Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations. - Support environmental projects and community activities to reduce environmental impact complaints.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a challenging industrial environment as part of a team
Possesses leadership qualities and can motivate a team.
Understands environmental management and occupational health. Knowledge of SHE laws and standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Meticulous with a proactive risk management approach, committed to continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of SHE work experience, especially in manufacturing or industry sectors.
SHE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
SHE technical knowledge (e.g., machine safety, confined space work, greenhouse gas calculation)
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills in SHE document management and reporting
Training and presentation skills
Ability to motivate individuals not directly under supervision
Professional consulting and coaching skills
Ability to manage various projects efficiently
Collaborative and able to motivate a team
Ability to drive and implement change within the organization
