Job Descriptions
1.บันทึกและตรวจสอบการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าให้ตรงกับเอกสาร เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้หรือใบเสร็จรับเงิน และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการชำระเงินครบถ้วน
2.จัดการบัญชีลูกหนี้ ตรวจสอบสถานะการชำระหนี้ของลูกค้า ตรวจสอบยอดค้างชำระ และติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระจากลูกหนี้
3.ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษีให้ลูกค้าแล้ว
4.สรุปรายงานเกี่ยวกับลูกหนี้ค้างชำระหรือการรับชำระเงินให้ผู้บริหารได้รับทราบ
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง ชาย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ สามารถทำงานด้านเอกสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือจีนได้ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า1ปีขึ้นไป
