Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: Meeting with the management team to assess and define the system requirements. Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation. Monitoring all Systems both on-Premises and On Cloud service. Implement and manage Cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, O365, Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch), SharePoint, Teams, and Conditional Access. Implement Microsoft Enterprise Solutions; AD, CA, Exchange, File Share, Windows Cluster, SQL Cluster, FTP/FTPS/sFTP, Print Server, etc. Prepare and evaluate the proofs of concepts the products and solutions. Manage and coordinate with user for project installation, implementation, and project sign-off. Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
  2. 3-7 Years Experience in Microsoft product: Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows Service (e.g., CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP).
  3. 2-3 Years Experience in Cloud Service: Microsoft Azure, O365 Best Practice Management Configuration, Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch), SharePoint Best Practice, Teams, and Conditional Access.
  4. Fair communicates in English.
  5. Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell script, VBScript, Batch script.
  6. Knowledge of VDI ( VMWare Horizon) and VDI Gateway
  7. Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN)
  8. Able to learn new technologies quickly.
  9. Have great service mind.
  10. Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities.
  11. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
