Job Descriptions
1. Product Proposals - Coordinate with R&I and R&D teams for sample and efficacy test preparation. - Develop product concepts and selling points tailored to each client. 2. Customer Support & Trend Research - Track market/category trends. - Present proposals and products to customers as needed. 3. Sample Management - Manage stock room and monitor sample inventory. 4. Marketing & Communication - Coordinate with agencies for events and marketing materials. - Support media, PR, and digital campaigns. - Prepare and manage content and marketing materials. 5. Reporting - Prepare reports and data as requested.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  2. Age over 23 years old.
  3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and product development in the beauty/cosmetics industry
  4. Experience with brand/product strategy, project execution, and trend analysis. - Skills & Competencies:
  5. Knowledge of cosmetic formulation and ingredients.
  6. Strategic and creative thinking in brand/product development.
  7. Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  8. Proactive and able to work independently.
  9. Fluent in English; Korean or Chinese is a plus.
  10. Proficient in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
  11. Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
  12. Highly motivated, responsible, and creative.
  13. Grit mindset with a can-do attitude.
  14. A true team player.
