Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and support the relocation of production equipment from the Mexico facility Kto the Thailand site. ( Turret machine , Laser cut machine , bending machine and other concern sheet metal process) 2. Oversee machine disassembly, packaging, and shipping preparation in Mexico. 3. Coordinate with local and international teams on logistics, customs, and transportation. 4. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and engineering standards during relocation and reinstallation. 5. Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering teams and other cross function to ensure successful project execution. 6. Create and maintain detailed documentation (schematics, procedures, installation plans, risk assessments, commissioning sign off). 7. Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during machine reinstallation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in production engineering, project engineering, or machinery installation
  3. Strong background in production engineering or industrial projects
  4. Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  5. Proven ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally with internal teams
