We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator with a "Can-do" attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. As a small and flexible company, we need someone who is open to challenges and can contribute across multiple areas, from digital marketing to event planning and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and attract clients.
- Plan and execute marketing content (posts, images, videos, graphics) aligned with our branding strategy.
- Create and edit content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing software.
- Organize and manage small-scale events such as private meetings, seminars, and networking events (5-20 attendees or 1-on-1 sessions).
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to increase audience engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support administrative tasks, including client communication, supplier coordination, and sales team collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle marketing budgets and manage event-related documentation.
