Who We’re Looking For High-energy, resourceful sales operator with strong commercial instincts and a relentless drive to make things happen. You’ll play a critical role in converting our early retail momentum into full execution—closing trade deals, driving sell-through, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure a successful launch. As our first on-the-ground hire in Thailand, there is strong potential for the role to grow alongside the business. Key Responsibilities Open Key Modern Trade Accounts and Secure Listings – 35% - Drive negotiations on trading terms with top Thai retailers (Lotus’s, Big C etc.) - Secure and manage product listings - Work cross-functionally with HQ (finance, supply chain, marketing) to ensure readiness for market launch Strategise and Build JBP, and Plan and Execute Promo Calendar – 35% - Craft strong annual business plans and drive product visibility, OSA, promo, and trade marketing activations - Monitor and manage revenue, forecasts, SKU performance, and store coverage - Expand account penetration by increasing door count and product listings Retailer Relationship Management – 20% - Be the single point of contact for all commercial and retail ops matters with key accounts - Drive sell-through via strong commercial planning and reordering cycles Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration – 10% - Work closely with Founders’ Office, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other Regional teams to ensure successful retailer launches - Actively contribute to internal strategy discussions around Must-Sell SKUs, PPA, promo depth, competitor activity, category trends, and retail pricing to sharpen our commercial edge
Qualifications
  1. 5-10 years of FMCG experience, with strong exposure to modern trade in Thailand
  2. Direct experience leading large retail accounts including Lotus’s, Big C, and other major modern trade accounts
  3. Fluent in Thai and comfortable working in an English-speaking regional team
