Job Descriptions
1. ให้บริการลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์ อีเมล และระบบแชท 2. ให้ข้อมูลสถานะการจัดส่ง พิธีการศุลกากร เอกสารนำเข้า–ส่งออก และเวลาการขนส่งโดยประมาณ 3. ประสานงานกับทีมงานในต่างประเทศหรือศุลกากร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการล่าช้า พัสดุตกค้าง หรือเอกสารไม่สมบูรณ์ 4. ช่วยติดตามสถานะพัสดุให้กับลูกค้า และแจ้งอัปเดตข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา 5. ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาหลังการขาย เช่น การเคลมของเสียหายหรือสูญหาย 6. รวบรวมคำติชมจากลูกค้าเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงการบริการ 7. ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกปฏิบัติการ คลังสินค้า ฝ่ายศุลกากร และแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น 8. สนับสนุนการจัดทำรายงานบริการลูกค้าประจำวัน/สัปดาห์ 9. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าแผนก
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการขนส่ง โลจิสติกส์ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโลจิสติกส์/ขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ หรือสายงานบริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (พูด อ่าน เขียน) และใช้ภาษาจีนในการติดต่อกับลูกค้าและทีมงานได้
  4. ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี และคุ้นเคยกับระบบติดตามพัสดุ
  5. มีใจรักในงานบริการ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  6. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
