Job Descriptions
1.Work with sales team to analyze customer needs with focus on manufacturing processes, efficiency and industry solutions. 2.Study and understand the customer's production system or process to propose improvements and appropriate solutions. 3.Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations for customers. 4.Demonstrate products or related systems such as Manufacturing Management System (MES), Production Planning System (APS), Lean manufacturing solution, etc. 5.Work with development teams, engineers and product specialists to design solutions that meet customer needs. 6.Visit customer sites to explore in-depth information and provide initial consultation. 7.Follow and learn new technologies related to Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Automation, Logistics, etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
  2. Have experience in Pre-sales / System Engineer / Process Improvement for at least 2 years (If have experience with ERP, MES, APS or other industrial systems will be given special consideration)
  3. Have skills in production process analysis, factory layout and production cost calculation.
  4. Have Ability to present and communicate technically to corporate clients.
  5. Have knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or factory efficiency improvement tools.
  6. Proficient in using programs such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, Power BI, or Simulation Tools will be given special consideration.
  7. Able to travel to meet customers as necessary.
  8. Applicant Qualifications more (If any)
  9. -Have experience or knowledge about Factory Automation, IoT, Smart Factory.
  10. -Have experience in preparing quotations or cost estimates.
  11. -Able to travel to work outside the office as necessary.
