1Coordinate and manage all supply chain activities, including procurement, production, and distribution. 2Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover to minimize holding costs. 3Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing. 4Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency. 5Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 6Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 7Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce costs and delivery times. 8Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs. 9Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. 10Continuously evaluate and improve supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability. 11Resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely manner. 12Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and supplier contracts. 13Train and supervise supply chain staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. 14Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management. 15Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance and initiatives. 16Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control principles, and logistics operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
