Job Descriptions
Job summary: 1.Create and implement marketing and communication strategies & plan on all marketing activities 2.Create communication & promotional campaigns and branding efforts and assist in analyzing all marketing campaigns and monitoring brand quality. 3.Initiating marketing programs to deliver the company's business goals. 4.Lead digital media strategy and oversee various digital marketing channels and all the company's social media accounts; Facebook, Line, Instagram, You tube, Influencers, website and more. 5.Have experience in planning and creating international communication campaign is a plus 6.Manage execution of digital marketing activations (Paid-Search, Display, Video-Owned, Social, Earned media), Programmatic/Automation-Performance marketing, Digital content and storytelling by working closely with Marketing team. 7.Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. 8.Evaluate and analyze campaign performance, identify points of improvement, and develop clear and compelling solutions and strategies. 9.Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage the strategic marketing projects to ensure the projects are well executed and achieve the target. 10.Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business management of Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields.
  2. This position requires 6 - 10 years of experience in marketing.
  3. Have marketing experience in retail business, shopping malls.
  4. Direct of experience in digital communications, marketing, Branding.
  5. Experience in shopping malls or retail are preferred.
  6. services-minded, dynamic, and pleasant personality.
  7. Ability to perform multi tasks, meet deadlines, strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  8. Good command of written and spoken English.
  9. Computer literate and digital savvy.
