Job Descriptions
- ระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่ายพื้นฐานทั่วไป
- ติดตั้งและอัปเกรดคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคล และซอฟต์แวร์เวิร์กสเตชันที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ร้องขอ // Call/remote Service Support.
- ประสานงานทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแก้ไขปัญหาและ/หรือ รายงานสถาณการณ์ของปัญหาให้กับหัวหน้า
- ตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบ และจัดทำ รายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- บันทึกเหตุการณ์ปัญหาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และการร้องขออื่นๆ เข้าระบบ(การตรวจสอบ, การส่งต่อ, การติดตาม)
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (มี User ต่างชาติ)
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ
