Job Descriptions
Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and analytical thinker to join our team as a Retail Strategy & Space Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing store layouts and zoning, analyzing retail data, and turning consumer insights into actionable plans that enhance customer experience and sales performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and operations to drive store efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize store layouts and zoning strategies to improve customer flow and product visibility. - Analyze sales, SKU performance, and promotional effectiveness to generate actionable insights. - Conduct market and customer behavior research to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to align data insights with retail strategies. - Visualize and present findings to management using Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Canva.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in category development, retail analytics, visual merchandising analyst or space planning (preferably in beauty or lifestyle retail).
  3. Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and presentation tools.
  4. Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to both Thai-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a creative mindset.
  6. Excellent communicator, organized, and collaborative with cross-functional teams
  7. Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and always open to new ideas and trends
