Job Descriptions
*** For anyone who is determined in self-development in a long run, read carefully. Duties: - Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans. - Monitor project progress and identify schedule delays or potential issues. Propose and coordinate corrective actions. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to gather schedule-related information and ensure schedule accuracy. - Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Analyze critical path and key milestones to support project decision-making and resource allocation. - Assist in integrating cost and schedule data to support earned value management. - Support the preparation of schedule-related documentation for project meetings, client submissions, and internal reviews. - Others as required.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering.
  2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using project management software. (Candidates with experience in Primavera P6 will be given special consideration.)
  3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  4. Confidence to use English as a communications tool (English is a main language used in the work environment).
  5. Understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods.
  6. Having the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  7. Good communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  8. Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling or planning in the construction industry.
