Job Descriptions
•คิดและพัฒนาคอนเซปต์แคมเปญการตลาดร่วมกับทีม •เขียนบท ควบคุมการตัดต่อลำดับภาพ และรับผิดชอบด้านภาพนิ่งและวิดีโอคอนเทนต์ (VDO Content) •ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดในการสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ •ร่วมออกไอเดียในการสร้างคอนเทนต์ต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท •ช่วยวางแผนและร่วมในกระบวนการถ่ายภาพ/วิดีโอเพื่อการโปรโมต •ติดตามเทรนด์การตลาดและเทรนด์ในวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ •ทำงานประสานกับทีมกราฟิก คอนเทนต์ และวิดีโอ เพื่อให้ภาพรวมของแคมเปญสอดคล้องกัน •สนับสนุนการเปิดตัวแคมเปญ และช่วยวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์เพื่อการปรับปรุงในอนาคต •เข้าใจกลุ่มเป้าหมายของเรา เช่น นักลงทุน ครอบครัว และชาวต่างชาติ เป็นต้น
Qualifications
  1. ไม่ระบุเพศ
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขานิเทศศาสตร์ การตลาด ศิลปกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีในการทำงานด้าน Creative
  4. มีความสนใจในงานสร้างสรรค์ แบรนด์ดิ้ง และงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์
  5. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมออกแบบพื้นฐานได้ เช่น Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects และ CapCut
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารทางการตลาด
  7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
  8. เป็นผู้มีความกระตือรือร้น และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ อยู่เสมอ
  9. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
