Job Descriptions
1.Attendance and Leave Management 1.1Monitor and update daily attendance records. 1.2Maintain accurate leave application and approval status. 1.3Record and summarize monthly overtime. 2.Employee Support, Coordination and Communication 2.1Provide information and assistance to employees on HR policies and procedures. 2.2Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures. 2.3Handle routine employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. 2.4Liaise with other departments to collect HR- related data. 2.5Support internal HR communications and announcement. 3.Training Records and Documentation 3.1Maintain training attendance and completion records. 3.2Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions. 4.Document Control and Audit support. 5.Other Responsibilities
Qualifications
  1. 1-3 years in various HR functions such as recruitment,Training and HR data record
  2. Diploma or Degree
