Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำแผนการผลิต และทำแผนผลิตประจำวันให้ทันตามกำหนดของลูกค้า
2. ควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนและได้คุณภาพตามต้องการ
3. กำหนดวิธีการแก้ไขกรณีที่ผลงานไม่ได้ตามเป้าหมายร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชา
4. ทบทวนและปรับปรุงการวางแผนการผลิต
5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. วิเคราะห์แก้ปัญหา และพัฒนาระบบงานส่วนงานวางแผนการผลิต
7. ติดตามงาน และประสานงานในสายการผลิต
8. วางแผนอัตรากำลังคน/สร้างและฝึกทีมงานใหม่
10. งานปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบการผลิต , เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพฯ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 23-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-4 ปี
- สามารถขับรถมาทำงานเองได้
- สามารถเข้ากะได้
