Job Descriptions
1. ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ผู้ใช้งานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร 2. ให้บริการหลังการขาย โดยดำเนินการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบซอฟต์แวร์ (Software) และฮาร์ดแวร์ (Hardware) 3. ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ภายในองค์กรและผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเพื่อร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค 4. บันทึก ติดตาม และรายงานสถานะของงานผ่านระบบ Ticketing อย่างถูกต้องและต่อเนื่อง 5. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ด้าน IT ระบบเครือข่าย ฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และระบบปฏิบัติการ
  3. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคได้อย่างเป็นระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  4. มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มั่นใจในตนเอง และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
  5. สามารถสื่อสารเชิงเทคนิคให้ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปเข้าใจได้อย่างชัดเจน
  6. มีใจรักในการให้บริการ (Service Mind) และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้อย่างราบรื่น
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และบริหารเวลาได้อย่างเหมาะสม
  8. หากสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
