Job Descriptions

•Develop and manage repair and maintenance plans and budgets for each branch, ensuring timely progress and accurate reporting. •Oversee and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and condition monitoring to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. •Analyze mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to repair challenges. •Lead and coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.

Qualifications

Male age 37-50 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer
At least 5 years working experience as Maintenance filed from Heavy Machinery for Industrial, Construction, Generator and Forklift Business)
At least 2 years as managements to control subordinate as Assistant Manager Level
License for Professional Practice (Associate Mechanical Engineer) Ordinary Member
Conversation low-middle level in English (Report with Japanese Manager)
Have own car with driving license
Able to travel to work between each branches
Able to work Saturday
