Job Descriptions
1.ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล
2.ดูแลติดตามการชำระเงินให้ได้ตามกำหนดเวลาและถูกต้องตรงตามนโยบายของบริษัท
3.ติดตามทวงถามเงินจากลูกค้าที่ขาดการชำระเงิน
4.ปิดรายการบัญชีลูกหนี้ประจำเดือนและประจำปี
5.คอยตรวจเช็คบัญชีลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
6.จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดลูกค้า, ธนาคาร และบัญชีอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7.จัดทำรายงาน ภาษีขายทุกสิ้นเดือน
8.จัดทำรายงานภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด.3,53 )
9.จัดทำระบบเงินสดย่อย Petty cash
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
