บริษัท OGGA IDEA กำลังมองหาเพื่อนร่วมทีมในตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีลูกหนี้ / เจ้าหน้าที่จัดทำเอกสารภาษี เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนระบบการเงินให้แม่นยำ มีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นระบบ หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ - จัดทำและออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice), ใบกำกับภาษี และใบเสร็จรับเงิน - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษีก่อนส่งให้ลูกค้า - บันทึกข้อมูลในระบบบัญชีหรือ Excel - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายบัญชี และลูกค้าเรื่องเอกสารการเงิน - จัดเก็บเอกสารเป็นระบบ และเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการยื่นภาษีรายเดือน ลักษณะงาน - ทำงานวันจันทร์–ศุกร์ เวลา 09.00–18.00 น. - สถานที่ทำงาน: สำนักงานใหญ่ ถ.เอกชัย เขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพฯ - เงินเดือน: 18,000–22,000 บาท (ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์) - มีโบนัสประจำปี และสวัสดิการอื่น ๆ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีหรือเอกสารภาษี อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากไม่มีประสบการณ์ ยินดีพิจารณาผู้เรียนรู้งานเร็ว)
  3. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบสูง
  4. ใช้ Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีพื้นฐานได้
  5. หากเคยใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น Express, PEAK, FlowAccount จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
