Job DescriptionsOverall objective : To support technical support for the surface treatment chemical, customer interactions, and continuous improvement customer in Thailand through a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Main Tasks :
1) Technical service
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively support customers on-site, addressing immediate troubleshooting needs, long-term process optimization and regular technical service incl documentation.
- Proficient in technical procedures, with the capacity to oversee new line start-ups, quality checks, and troubleshooting in diverse industry settings.
- Ability to work ressource efficient - managing customer expectations
2) Analytical & Process improvement
- Capable of documenting and interpreting technical findings and suggesting improvements that contribute to continuous improvements.
3) Training & Collaboration
- Provides guidance and training to both customers and internal colleagues, effectively communicating technical information and fostering knowledge transfer.
- Shares lessons learned, innovations, and best practices.
- Self-motivated and proactive in supporting diverse technical projects.
- Takes initiative in managing ad hoc tasks, adapting to new responsibilities, and working closely with sales and segment teams to achieve project objectives.
4) Management of contractors
- Orchestrate customer support with contracted staff
- Allocate and utilize efficiently
- Train contractors to build required technical skills
