Job Descriptions
ควบคุมเกี่ยวกับบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศ และลูกหนี้ต่างประเทศ ทั้งระบบ ตั้งแต่บันทึกจ่ายและบันทึกตั้งลูกหนี้และบันทึกรับชำระหนี้ 1. บันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศ นอกเหนือจากการซื้อสินค้า 2. รับอินวอยซ์และใบสั่งซื้อ (P/O) จากโรงงาน ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติ 3. เตรียมข้อมูลจ่ายเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศทุกวันที่ 20 ของทุกเดือน 4. จัดทำ Debit note / Credit note ที่เป็น Manual 5. โอนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับยอดขาย (Sale Interface) จากระบบ WING ไประบบ SAP และตรวจสอบยอดขาย ให้ตรงกันระหว่างระบบ WING กับระบบบัญชี SAP สรุปยอดขาย และจัดทำเอกสารรายวันทั่วไปเพื่อบันทึกรายการปรับปรุงบัญชีขายในระบบ SAP 6. กระทบยอด โดยทำรายงานสรุปผลต่างระหว่างยอดขายทางบัญชี (ภ.ง.ด. 50) กับยอดขายตามภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ. 30)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. minimum 5 years experience, proficiency in English, Tax, International Trade.
  3. mathematical, integrity/honesty, problem solving skills, analytical skills, computer literacy.
