Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสารใบสรุปยอดวางบิล - รับเช็ค
2. ตรวจสอบหลักฐานการโอน ตัดรับชำระหนี้ลูกค้า ตามช่องทางต่าง ๆ
3. รายงานลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ
4.รายงานต่าง ๆ ฝั่งรับเงิน
5.บันทึกบัญชี
6.รวบรวมและจัดเก็บเอกสารด้านรับ
7.ตรวจนับสต๊อคประจำเดือน
8.งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือ สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ และเข้าใจด้านบัญชีขั้นพื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ในการตรวจสอบ และกระทบยอดบัญชี
- มีความขยัน ทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านบัญชี AR อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
