วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน : วางแผนให้ส่งมอบอาหารได้ตามกำหนดของลูกค้า
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก :
1. ประมวลข้อมูลสถานะการผลิต เพื่อคำนวณปริมาณการผลิต และวัตถุดิบที่ต้องใช้
2. จัดทำแผนการผลิตของโรงงานในแต่ละเดือน ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการขาย และการตลาด
3. สรุปและประเมินผลการผลิตในแต่ละเดือน เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
