Job Descriptions
Facility Operations & Maintenance
1.Oversee daily facility maintenance operations/ดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านการบำรุงรักษาอาคารในแต่ละวัน
2.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems/ดำเนินการตรวจสอบตามรอบและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันในระบบต่างๆ ของอาคาร
3.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues/วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและซ่อมแซมระบบปรับอากาศ ไฟฟ้า และประปา
Coordination & Compliance
1.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs/ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการภายนอกสำหรับงานซ่อมแซมเฉพาะทาง
2.Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports/จัดเก็บและบันทึกข้อมูลการบำรุงรักษาและรายงานงานบริการอย่างถูกต้อง
3.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes/ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและกฎหมายอาคาร
Team Support & Emergency Response
1.Mentor and train junior maintenance technicians/ให้คำปรึกษาและฝึกอบรมช่างเทคนิครุ่นน้อง
2.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests/ตอบสนองต่อคำร้องซ่อมแซมฉุกเฉินอย่างรวดเร็ว
3.Support facility upgrade and improvement projects/สนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่
4.Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and
equipment/ตรวจสอบและบริหารจัดการสต๊อกวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ซ่อมบำรุง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย เท่านั้น อายุ 28-40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในงานช่างซ่อมบำรุงอาคาร หรือในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ช่างเทคนิคอาคาร, Facility Technician, ช่างซ่อมระบบต่างๆ
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจระบบอาคาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบแอร์ (HVAC) และระบบประปา
- สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจคู่มือเทคนิค แผนผังระบบ หรือแบบทางวิศวกรรม
- มีทักษะวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขได้ดี (Troubleshooting)
- เคยใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการงานซ่อมบำรุง (CMMS) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย และแนวปฏิบัติในการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- ยินดีทำงานเป็นกะ หรือเข้าเวรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จบการศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับมัธยมปลาย (ม.6 หรือเทียบเท่า)
- หากมีวุฒิหรือใบประกาศนียบัตรสายช่าง เช่น ไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือระบบปรับอากาศ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
