General Scope of Work
* provides technical assistance to computer and network users by resolving hardware, software, and system issues, both in person and remotely.
Key points
1. Experience : 3-5 years IT Support working experience.
2. Computer : Basic networking knowledge and Strong in hardware troubleshooting skills 3.
3. Other : Good in convincing task and enjoyed working with various nationality co-workers, Self-initiative, good interpersonal
skill and hardworking.
Responsibilities
1. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users.
2. Installation & Configuration: Setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and peripherals.
3. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
4. User Support Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person and Perform ad-hoc tasks.
5. Account Management. Creating and managing user accounts and access permissions.
6. Training: Training users on new software and hardware, and providing ongoing support.
7. Documentation: Maintaining documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting step.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams identify system requirements and enhancements, focusing on stability and scalability.
9. Installed, troubleshoot, and supported Microsoft 365 applications.
Qualification
1. Education : Bachelor's degree IT or a related field.
2. Experience : 3-5 years IT Support working experience.
3. Computer : Basic networking knowledge and Strong in hardware troubleshooting skills.
4. Language : Beginner English Intermediate is an advantage.
5. Other : Good in convincing task and enjoyed working with various nationality co-workers, Self-initiative, good interpersonal
skill and hardworking.
