Job Descriptions
- จัดทำราการของคงคลัง พร้อมดูแลและเตรียมจัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ตอบ E-mail ประสานงานกับ Supplier ต่างประเทศในกรณีที่มีการสั่งวัสดุนำเข้า - รวบรวมใบจัดซื้อจากแต่ละแผนกและนำมาเปรียบเทียบหาผู้ผลิตที่ให้ราคาและคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุด - ช่วยเหลือการจัดตั้งนโยบายการจัดซื้อขององค์กร - เป็นตัวแทนติดต่อ ประสานงานขององค์กรและผู้ผลิตสินค้า - ดำเนินการจัดซื้อของหลังจากเลือกผู้ผลิตที่ให้ราคาที่เหมาะสมที่สุด พร้อมติดตามขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น - สร้างกลยุทธ์ในการลดต้นทุน มองหาช่องทางในการจัดซื้อของที่ราคาเหมาะสม - ทำรายงานการจัดซื้อและนำเสนอให้แก่ผู้บริหารหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 27-40 ปี
  2. มีวุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word / Excel และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีทักษะในการต่อรองราคาสินค้าในการจัดซื้อ
  5. มีความรู้และความสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้น จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามารถทำงานได้รวดเร็ว และถูกต้อง แม่นยำ
  10. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
