- ดูแลและรับแจ้งงานซ่อมแซมจากลูกค้า / เรื่องร้องเรียน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในโครงการ
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการงานซ่อมแซมของลูกค้า
- การจัดทำรายงาน, ประเมินผลงานประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขา ก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการหลังการขาย, งานซ่อม
- มีความรู้ด้านงานระบบของอาคารสูง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel , Word ได้
