Job Descriptions
หน้าที่โดยย่อ:
• วิเคราะห์เคสคืนเงินระหว่างผู้ซื้อและผู้ขาย (E-Commerce)
• ตรวจสอบหลักฐานจากทั้งสองฝ่าย
• ตัดสินใจตามนโยบายบริษัทว่าเคสควรเรียกเก็บเงินจากฝ่ายใด
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิ ม.6 ขึ้นไป
- ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (หยุด 2 วัน ไม่ตรงเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
- เวลาทำงาน กะเช้าเริ่มงาน 08:00 น. / กะดึกเลิกไม่เกิน 22:00 น.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน มีการสอนงานให้
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที 7 กรกฎาคม 2568
- สัมภาษณ์ที่ออฟฟิศ ทราบผลทันที
