Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมและยื่นเอกสารเพื่อขอใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ BOI สำหรับการนำเข้าเครื่องจักร วัตถุดิบ และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง - ประสานงานกับสำนักงาน BOI และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น กรมศุลกากร, กรมสรรพากร - ตรวจสอบและควบคุมปริมาณการนำเข้า-ส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามสิทธิและโควตาที่ได้รับอนุมัติจาก BOI - จัดทำและยื่นสูตรการผลิต รวมถึงควบคุมสต๊อกวัตถุดิบภายใต้โครงการ BOI - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก เช่น ใบขนสินค้า, B/L, Invoice, Packing List, C/O ฯลฯ - ติดตามและจัดทำรายงานการนำเข้า-ส่งออกเพื่อยื่นต่อสำนักงาน BOI และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า Forwarder Shipping และหน่วยงานภายในอื่น ๆ - ยื่นคำขออื่น ๆ เช่น ขอเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงการ ขออนุญาตเริ่มดำเนินการ หรืออื่น ๆ ตามที่กำหนดโดย BOI
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, โลจิสติกส์, การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสาร BOI หรือการนำเข้า-ส่งออก อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI, ขั้นตอนศุลกากร และระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น e-Import, e-Export, eMT, ePYC
  4. สามารถอ่านและจัดทำเอกสารภาษาอังกฤษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนำเข้า-ส่งออกได้
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  6. ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel
