Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: A) Physical Stock Control (~70% of the role): Physically receive, inspect, and maintain count all incoming shipments of packaging materials (bags, cartons, labels, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area for all packaging supplies Issue required packaging materials to the packing team based on daily packing plans Conduct regular stock counts and participate in full physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy Track material usage and maintain a physical log or register as a backup to the system. Identify and report any damaged, expired, or obsolete stock for proper disposition B) SAP Data Management & Reporting (~30% of the role): SAP stock management related to Goods Receipt, Goods Issuance, Stock transfer postings etc Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies between the physical count and the SAP system. Generate and assist with month-end inventory reports from SAP for the finance and operations teams
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in warehouse / factory
  3. SAP knowledge and experience
  4. Ability to work in a team environment
  5. Ability to work independently
