Business trip abroad for business meetings, market visit, and marketing activity implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. product development, marketing agency, suppliers, supply chain to facilitate execution of sales strategies.
Key account management, fully orientated with customer business process-ordering system, stock level, financial system, administrative system and customer complaint. Coordinate with internal units ex. planner, production, logistics, QA and finance to ensure smooth functioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Develop new market opportunities, conduct comprehensive market research, identify trends, opportunities and develop effective market entry strategy.
Participate in the international trade show to strengthen the brand’s global presence.
