Job Descriptions

1.Maintaining smooth operation and monitoring Data Center usage, VM Servers, Firewall, AD, SharePoint, Network Device 2.Overseas day-to-day support operation related to IT Infrastructures, Cloud and software and other Infrastructure services align with SOP 3.To control and provide sufficient record of IT Infrastructure Asset, Software License, Hardware, Device and etc. 4.Assist in improvement of IT Infrastructure and implementing new technologies to enhance Information Security, Cyber security, smart operation. 5.Create or Maintaining Power platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi) 6.Creating user manuals and providing training regarding Information Security and How to effectively use of Information System. 7.Creating and maintaining technical manual, diagram related Infrastructure as Firewall, VPN, VLAN. 8.Collaborate with Regional IT to set up and manage cooperate infrastructure as SASE, Tanium, CrowdStrike EDR, SIEM Solarwinds as well as effective communication for incident and problem management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, IT related field.
25 Years old up with 3 Years experienced in IT Infrastructure.
Broad knowledge of modern IT Infrastructure, hardware and software package.
Advanced knowledge in IT Security and hand on certificated ITIL / ISO27001 is preferred
Good English Communication (both verbal and writing) TOEIC 400 above preferred.
Good communication, coordination, soft skill with service mind set.
High responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet timeline.
