Job DescriptionsProduct Admission Testing:
Perform detailed compatibility and quality testing of new EVC hardware and software before market introduction.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal QA teams to evaluate functionality, safety, and communication protocols.
Document test results and ensure all products meet company standards and local regulations.
Advanced Technical Support:
Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for complex technical issues in both hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve field issues escalated from the service or project teams.
Work closely with R&D, product, and engineering teams to analyze root causes and implement technical solutions.
Offer remote and on-site assistance as required.
Training:
Prepare and deliver technical training sessions and materials for clients, partners, and internal employees.
Develop FAQs, manuals, and knowledge base content to improve self-service capabilities.
Ensure clear understanding of product features, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
