Job Responsibilities
1. Perform dimensional inspection and quality control checks on injection-
molded parts to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
2. Proficient in operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine for precision measurement and
generating inspection reports. The main brand of instruments used is LK
3. Analyze measurement data, identify deviations, and provide feedback to production teams.
4. Assist engineers in developing and optimizing measurement plans.
5. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย-หญิง
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับป.ว.ช.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล การออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ การควบคุมคุณภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ป.ว.ช. ต้องมีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- อายุ 20-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติจริงกับการทำงานของ CMM (การเขียนโปรแกรม การวัด และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการฉีดขึ้นรูปและข้อบกพร่องทั่วไป ความสามารถในการอ่านภาพวาดทางเทคนิค
- ใส่ใจรายละเอียด มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความสามารถในการบันทึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องวัดพิกัด LK จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
